In the meantime, here are some things you can do:
Check your notification settings
Check your spam folder to see if emails have gone there. If so, make sure "mark as not spam" in your email client.
Make sure that your email address on file is correct. You can change it here.
Add exponentialview@substack.com to your contact list. All posts will be sent from this address.
Send an email to exponentialview@substack.com. This can often cause intermediate email filters to allow incoming messages.
If you are on a corporate or government email account, talk to your IT department and tell them to whitelist exponentialview@substack.com. They often have email filters that are out of your individual control and can quickly resolve the issue.
