We invited one of the leading experts working at the intersection of organisational design and AI-augmented collective intelligence, Exponential View member Gianni Giacomelli, to answer this question: Will AI dull or sharpen our minds? He answers it in two parts: in Part 1, Gianni assesses the impact on individual and collective intelligence; in Part 2, he takes us through the solutions available to organisations today to prevent and mitigate potential risks.
