In short, we’re a multidisciplinary organisation that seeks to provide an understanding of our fast-changing world. And that’s precisely why I wanted to work at Exponential View. I come from social sciences background, and throughout a myriad of different working experiences — crossing an Embassy, a university, private and public organisations — I was constantly trying to find patterns to understand global challenges and how to govern them. I figured one way of understanding the world is through the lens of risk, so I did my MSc at LSE in Economy, Risk and Society. At the same time, I was an avid reader of Exponential View, and I naturally gravitated to the organization that would give me the right environment and incentives to understand the issues I care about.
In almost one whole year I’ve been at Exponential View, I’ve worked remotely in five countries while nurturing a constant, supportive relationship with Azeem and Marija. I was given key responsibilities fairly quickly: I’m in charge of research and knowledge, and have autonomy on a range of projects across the organisation.

About the role: Operations Associate
We are looking for recent graduates (undergraduate or graduate programs) who are action-oriented, analytically-minded and motivated to contribute to our team for at least one year.
As our Operations Associate, you will cross between commercial / growth, publishing, and community-building activities. This role is best suited for true generalists.
Our ideal candidate will be organized and professional, they’ll nurture an active interest in technology, online media, and driving commercial aspects of a business. They will treasure spending time with experts from our community and learning from them. And finally, the role will fit candidates with a go-getter attitude, used to working in dynamic and self-directed environments.
In this role, you will:
Work directly with the managing director to support our commercial partners, coordinate sales activity, and track weekly performance across the business to inform decision-making.
Actively support the implementation of our growth strategy by helping manage and optimise user acquisition and retention campaigns, working with data to inform the outcomes of growth campaigns, and working closely with the team to turn insights into action.
Help curate and moderate cutting-edge discussions with our community, elevating your own thinking by way of participation in this special group of experts.
Support other parts of the business and projects that need your contribution.
