I tried Comet yesterday. I was shocked to discover the agent can only use the keyboard to navigate. I wanted to automate something on a website that only supports a mouse, so Comet couldn't do it.
I think three trends changing the UX/UI and with that the Consumer Product & Retail market: browser (front-door), how we search (SEO shifting ti agents) and the new AI native harware device in development. These will change the way we interact with tech -but human change takes time... we will have fragmented interactions for years, depending on market and user base...
