Sonia Contera is a Professor of biological physics at Oxford University, where she uses physics and nanotechnology to understand biological problems. She was a Founder and Co-director of the Oxford Martin School's program for nanotechnology for medicine and served as a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on nanotech. She is the author of a new book: Nano Comes to Life: How Nanotechnology is Transforming Medicine and the Future of Biology.
