Hi, it’s Diana Fox Carney here.

If we are to address the enormous challenge of climate change, we need a total commitment across society, we need to activate everyone. What we see, instead, is that climate change has become one of today’s most polarised issues.

In the live briefing we hosted on Earth Day, 22 April, we discussed what tackling the climate crisis as a community entails. Alex Evans, the founder of the Collective Psychology Project (CPP), presented a framework for bringing together psychology and politics in new, creative ways, to tackle some of the biggest problems facing humanity.
