How software-led disruption is shaping the future of food
tl;dr A convergence of technologies, including advanced computing and synthetic biology, is provoking a shift in food production which could result in a modern protein system and sustainable agriculture.Â
Earlier this week, we hosted a briefing call focusing on the technology reshaping food and agriculture, and the implications this shift may have for the climate crisis. Research Fellows at the independent think tank RethinkX, Catherine Tubb and Hannah Tucker, presented their research on the topic. This is the first members-only briefing in our series dedicated to tackling the climate. You can read more and RSVP for the upcoming talks here.
